The staff were super-friendly and amazingly nice. Liked the comfy bed in my guest room. - Overall it was comfortable and modern, with a separate bathroom. - the location was excellent and incredible - just a walk down to everywhere I wanted to go. - In general, the service was very good.

Newly decorated & compact room on the upper floors. Paid US$ 102. Fantastic location, 10 minutes' walk to a large urban plaza. Pleasant staff with a smile.

i had a standard double room included with the air condition as well as the cupboards. the location was incredible and excellent, so close to multiple metro stops, gran via, restaurants which still existed and nature.

Freshly revamped rooms on the higher floors that come with AC. the staff here is top-notch, always making sure you're well taken care of. 🌟 Wi-Fi is available at the front desk, which is super convenient.

This hotel is PERFECT and clean with awesome location close to everything and absolutely amazing staff. The room is perfect and bright, comes with a very comfortable bed as well as a separate "cupboard ".

the staff was excelent, very friendly and helpful in all occasions. I can only recommend this hostel. The rooms are nice and modern. Bathroom was clean, we did not have any problems with noise and slept very well. It's just around the corner of grand via, so perfectly located for shopping, in walking distance to some of the main sights and the metro is very close by. We really enjoyed our stay.

This place offers air-conditioned, newly remodeled rooms with great Wi-Fi and includes amenities such as a TV, climate control, and a hair dryer, all situated in a fantastic location just minutes away from an underground station.

Very nice hotel, very friendly personnel speaking english, we were happy to receive the kind of advice what to visit and where to go. Really 100 m behind Grand Via and 3 min walk to the metro station.

It was not so easy to find the hotel, because there is no visible sign outdoor and actually the entrance - is one of the small doors directly accessible from the square where it is situated.

superior double room for 2 people was small and had only one chair in, not even small table to write on (did not correspond with photo shown on their website). walls thin so you can hear everything if neightbours talk a bit loud, bad sewerage smell in the toilet especially in the morning. shower only has a glass door to room.and toilet has no door - not a problem for me but may be a problem for 2 people travelling together. room faced a square where a huge concert was held on the friday..........so be prepared it can be noicey. prostitutes in the area

our summer holiday in madrid was fantastic, with our stay at hostal santo domingo being the icing on the cake. the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making our experience unforgettable. the location was perfect, and we felt safe and secure throughout our stay.

staff are excellent, they helped me to have a nice trip.. the place is perfect for shopping and very close to metro station and have all services nearby, like pharmacy.. room are very clean and wonderful modern style.. rooms are small but its excellent.. recommended hotel really

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of downtown and I was pleasantly surprised by the great value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the hotel's excellent location within walking distance to many of Madrid's famous tourist attractions. The staff at the hotel were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were well-appointed and had some nice details, such as a whirlpool bath and a small balcony. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and a great way to start the day.

The best thing about this Hotel is the friendly staff and owner. They were very helpful indeed and were excellent at recommending where to go and eat. The decor inside is very new and modern. The rooms are clean and tidy. Air con cold and showers hot. The Hotel is very close to Sol (5mins) & Gran Via and Callao Metro (1min), so the location was perfect.

The single rooms are small. However, in fairness you get what you pay for. Besides you don't want to be stuck inside in a city like Madrid!
